help you achieve the desired results faster
and that there are no side effects. We will
not take any side. One thing is true though.

do not alter your eating habits and start

of energy. This means that our body burns calories even during digestion. Therefore,
more proteins means more burned calories which result to greater fat loss. Main
sources of proteins are meat, poultry, fish, milk and dairy products.
