The above table is only an example and cannot stand in any case as a complete
nutritional plan. When
you get your monthly program, you will have 7 options
for the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
and 2-5 options for the rest. The choice of foods
will be done according to your habits. If someone
does not like fish, we will not include it in the
proposed nutritional plan. You will get exact instructions
on how much sugar you may consume during the day,
on how you can exchange lunch with dinner. You
will know in detail what kind of salads you may
eat, the right quantities for each food, etc.
